Also, they allow animated banners. The Internet Link Exchange The original banner swap. Hint: Be careful of banner swap start-ups... often their systems become overloaded and they can't deliver the ads.  You can count on Smartclicks and Internet Link Exchange to maintain quality service.

	Build a Clickable Banner:		Use animation where possible. Animation has been found to increase CTR (click through rate) significantly. Ask people to "click here". (Yes, it is a cliche, but it's a cliche that works.) Cycle your banner frequently. Banners "burn-out."
